"We sought out Sandy after our three appeals to our insurance company for a $90,000 hospital bill for our young daughter were denied. From the get, Sandy was invested and invigorated, always insisting that, while our case was an enormous long shot, she believed the law was on our side. After her complaint with the Texas Department of Insurance was denied she refused to quit. Every conversation with her, long after I had lost heart, was about reaching higher up the food chain until her voice heard. She went back to TDI again and again, insisting that they take our case seriously, until finally, shockingly!, securing us a full and resounding victory. I'm in awe of the lengths Sandy went for us.
